CUCINELLA PARENT-TEACHER ORGANIZATION BYLAWS

The purpose of the PTO is to be a cooperative effort of the parents and faculty of the Benedict A. Cucinella School, K-5, whose goals are to:

• Sponsor programs of general interest and aligned with current curriculum standards;
 

• Foster communication between the family and the school community;
 

• Promote positive aspects in the schools.

The organization is dedicated exclusively for the charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future Federal tax code (hereinafter referred to as “Internal Revenue Code”.)
